About
I've spent 20+ years building and scaling service delivery organizations for Fortune 500 companies. From creating the strategy for Ricoh's $1.2B managed services practice to being named HP's North America Transition practice head after just 3 months, my career has been defined by one thing: delivering measurable results at enterprise scale.
How I Lead
I lead by creating clarity in complex environments. When HP gave me a 100+ person practice after 3 months, it wasn't because of a polished resume — it was because I immediately identified the operational gaps, aligned stakeholders around a clear execution plan, and started delivering. That's my pattern: understand the mission, build the framework, empower the team, measure everything.
My career started in SQL database administration and data analysis. That technical foundation means I don't just manage service delivery from a spreadsheet — I understand the systems, workflows, and data structures that underpin it. When I implement project governance processes or SLA frameworks, I'm designing them with the same analytical rigor I used building reporting databases at Ricoh.
The Path
At HP (2021–Present), I was hired as a project management manager and promoted to lead the North America Transition practice — 100+ FTEs, full financial performance ownership, executive communications — within my first quarter. Today I lead HP's North America Professional Services technical implementation practice, driving cloud, security, and software deployment strategies for enterprise customers across direct and indirect channels.
At Ricoh (2006–2021), I spent 17 years building progressively larger operations. I started as a Service Delivery Manager administering SQL databases and monitoring SLA compliance, then grew into roles leading national operations (111 FTEs, $50MM revenue), co-creating a global analytics service offering ($12M/year at 40-45% GP), and ultimately owning the strategy for Ricoh's entire $1.2B Managed Print Services portfolio. Along the way, I delivered $122M in customer savings and grew MPS market presence 7% in a single year — outperforming the industry CAGR.
