At HP, I was named the North America Transition practice head after just three months as a manager — a testament to the trust I earned through decisive execution and stakeholder alignment. I orchestrated overall practice execution for a 100+ FTE organization, owning financial performance, executive communications, and service activation strategies. Today I lead HP's North America Professional Services technical implementation practice, driving cloud, security, and software deployment strategies across direct and indirect customer engagements.

Before HP, I spent 15 years at Ricoh USA building progressively larger operations and consulting practices. I created and maintained the strategy for Ricoh's $1.2B Managed Print Services business, co-created their global Analytics service offering, and delivered $122M in customer savings through TCO reduction and waste elimination. As National Operations Manager, I led 111 FTEs in managed services delivery across the country, driving $50MM in annual revenue.

My career started with hands-on technical work — SQL database administration, data analysis, and process engineering — which gives me a practical understanding of the systems and workflows that underpin enterprise service delivery. That technical foundation, combined with two decades of leadership experience, allows me to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
